As though afraid to meet our True selves,

The excuses.
Why the reluctance to meet our true selves ?
The tendency is universal, I saw myself in all the words you spoke.
Yet the grandeur of our true selves scare us more than the addiction to the high drama of the soap operas we create around our selves.
It takes a rave heart to let go of fear and …love?..

If Self-love is inherent in our nature, then there can never be fear for we cannot lose that which we already have.
The journey of giving love can only end with the remembrance that we’ve always been loved.
This language somehow remains ego-based, given that our true self is beyond paradoxes and explanations.

Aine, I was raised catholic but in time at the age of 17, I became a born again christian. Then changed to Judaism. Yet a little over 2 and a half years ago, there came a time when my outer world collapsed inside to my Inner self, was quite an enlightenment. It went from joy to an almost death experience that I had tried to commit. Ever since then my life has completely gone from that time of hell in my mind to a total and complete Peace and Freedom like never before. I Am whole and complete in so many ways that nothing is the same as it was. Now is where I exist in God’s Love, with faith trust in the Universe. You have been an inspiration to me through your emails through all this and from others as well. Keep moving with the most gracious Love that you and I are and all of us who choose free will to Love. The Process is really quite simple.

Use your mind (Inner Eye) to scan your body downward from head to toe, until you locate a place in your body where your energy is blocked or frozen, identified by a sensation of strength, tension, discomfort, or contraction. As your awareness becomes more sensitive, you can begin to feel this frozen energy space.
You should always stay alert for the slightly more subtle energy that exitsts behind the energy that is obviously felt (i.e., the layer beyond whichever your are currently dissolving. Your awareness begins to enter into the obvious solid mass, causing the frozen energy to begin to soften, until you reach the center of the blockage. This is the transformation of ice to water.
If you put an ice cube in a pan and heat it on the stove, you will observe that the outside of ice cub melts first, with the melting progressing slowly toward the center of the cube.
As the frozen energy in your body becomes soft or flowing (like the water in the pan),
you keep your attention on that place and your awareness continues to cause that frozen energy to evaporate.
This is the transformation to gas until the ice cube is entirely liquefied, the dissolving of an energy block moves in stages.
The inner dissolving process is extremely helpful for resolving the temporary and long-term emotional, mental, and psychic stresses that can take much of the joy out of life.
Through this process, the clump of frozen energy that was totally immovable becomes relaxed, liquified, and flowing.
Unbound energy can now go about its natural function, part of which is healing whatever ailment the orginal blockage caused.
You then can move your mind deeperand deeper inside your energy field and consciousness, dissolving through layer after layer, until you trace each energy block back to its source.
Eventually, the blockages will vanish, never to return, and you are freed from the prison of your energy blockges and can become one with the Creator/Reality/Universe.

Yesterday i heared a scientific research by saying that our inside life is just like Bees inside life.Inside life We don’t see because it is apirit. Even God does not destroy Bees with fire,earthquick or very high floods because God has given them the wing to fly away from such a dangerous situations.
One day we will have our own Bees and Honey inorder to reach Our full Potential.
